SciTronics detectors are designed to find tramp while scanning products such as highly mineralized or magnetic ores (including magnetite and pyrites) even when conveyed on steel cable belts, as well as copper, nickel, aluminum, aggregates, coal, rubber, wood chips, sinter and tar sands. They can also be used in recycling plants to detect tramp among plastic, glass or paper.
The electrical conductivity of materials conveyed through the SciTronics sensor area is measured by detecting variations in a pulsed electronic field. Since magnetic and conductive properties of any material are independent, both magnetic and non-magnetic metals are detected.

WIRELESS MONITOR
Excellent feature for a portable plant or when a long distance separates the conveyor and monitor. The kit includes a wireless transmitter at the scale carriage and a wireless receiver at the monitor. Working distance is 1000 feet line of sight. Extra transmitters available for other scales!
AUTOMATIC ANGLE COMPENSATOR
The SciTronics scale can be equipped with an angle calibration compensator for a conveyor working in different angles. There is no need to recalibrate your scale when you raise or lower your conveyor.

The RC 1000 Feed rate controller provides constant rate control of material feed at a specific set point. Typically used in conjunction with weigh-belt feeders or other conveyors for blending of various materials.

The LC 1000 load controller is ideal for truck and rail loading, as well as batching one more ingredient into a bulk material process. Operate in conjunction with the belt scale or weigh-belt feeder. Store up to 15 truck ID numbers with 15 different load sizes. Must be used with DSP 1000.
